Supported coins & networks
Send native ETH on Ethereum Mainnet only.
Send native BTC. Do not send BCH, BSV or any other Bitcoin fork, and do not send over Lightning.
ERC-20 only. USDT sent on Tron (TRC-20) or Polygon is unrecoverable.
How to deposit
- 1Sign in and open Wallet → Deposit.
- 2Pick a coin — ETH, BTC or USDT. Each settles on one chain, so there is no network to choose.
- 3Copy the deposit address shown — it is unique to your account.
- 4Send exactly that coin on that network from your external wallet.
- 5Funds credit after on-chain confirmations (see times below). Play instantly once credited.
Important: always copy the address from inside your Goldraw wallet. Sending a coin to the wrong network, or a fork/alt-token, will result in permanent loss. We cannot recover cross-chain or mistaken-chain sends.
How to withdraw (payout)
- 1Open Wallet → Withdraw and choose the coin.
- 2Enter or paste your external wallet address and the amount.
- 3Check your destination wallet is on the same chain as the coin you picked.
- 4Approve the 2FA request sent to your registered device.
- 5Payout broadcasts within minutes during processing hours; arrival depends on the network and your wallet.
First withdrawals require a one-time identity check (government ID + proof of address). Once verified, subsequent payouts are processed automatically.

Times are estimates from on-chain data. Network congestion can delay confirmations; we credit as soon as the threshold is met.
Fees
- Deposits: free. You only pay the gas/transaction fee charged by your own wallet.
- Withdrawals: a flat network fee is deducted to cover on-chain broadcast cost. The exact amount is shown before you confirm.
- No deposit or withdrawal fees from Goldraw, and no charge for failed or voided-draw refunds.

Keeping your funds safe
- Enable 2-factor authentication before your first withdrawal.
- Whitelist a withdrawal address in settings to block sends to unknown wallets.
- Never share your 2FA code, recovery phrase, or wallet address with anyone — including anyone claiming to be Goldraw support.
- Double-check the first and last 6 characters of every address before confirming a send.
- Use a personal non-custodial wallet (e.g. hardware wallet) for storing funds, not an exchange hot wallet, for large balances.
Refunds & failed transactions
If a deposit does not credit automatically — usually because the wrong network was selected — open a ticket at support@goldraw.com with the transaction hash and the sending address. We attempt manual recovery where technically possible; recovery is never guaranteed for cross-chain or wrong-token sends.
Voided or refunded draw tickets return the stake to your Goldraw wallet balance, not to your external wallet.
